Q- Can I get a full refund if I cancel my order?

Yes, you will get a full refund after you cancel your order or return your item. 

Q- When can I cancel my order?

For Kuwait Orders:

 

You may cancel your order at any time before it is delivered to you or within 14 days of purchase.

A full refund will be processed right after you return the purchased item in its original condition.

All products should be returned within 14 days of you cancelling your order. All products must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, new, unopened, unused, and in mint saleable condition.

You can return any product within 14 days of purchase for any reason, without question, if it is returned in its original, un-opened packaging. You will need to return this at your own cost.

Damaged or faulty items should be returned to Umbrella Store in order to issue a full refund.

For International Orders:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your order confirmation. If your order is not shipped, we will cancel your order and will process your refund.

We can not cancel your order, If you order is collected by the shipping courier or shipped.

You may cancel your order by contacting us by email, whatsapp message, instagram IM, or at our store location. 

Q- How do I get a refund from Umbrella Store?

You may get your full refund by visiting our store, or you may get your full refund by another payment method.

Customers will be informed when the full refund going to be processed.
